2. A Referral Is
A referral is considered complete when a referred contact subscribes to Talent Management or fulfills the action specified as a referral, and it is not canceled or disputed as per Section 4.
3. Rewards And Offers
A Completed Referral is equal to one point. Referral reward tiers are as follows:
- 1: Two points, and you will receive a memo book and pen.
- 2: Five points, and you will receive a tote bag.
- 3: Ten points, and you will receive a water bottle.
- 4: Twenty points, and you will receive a t-shirt.
- 5: Forty points, and you will receive a backpack.
- 6: One hundred points, and you will receive a sweatshirt.
- 7: Five hundred points, and you will receive an Amazon Kindle.
- 8: One thousand points, and you will receive a smartwatch.
Rewards will be issued/shipped within 10 business days from the date a reward tier is completed.

5. General
5.1. These Referral Terms are presented by Talent Management. Both Referring Users and referred individuals are bound by these terms.
5.2. The Referral Program allows you to invite personal contacts to participate.
5.3. Referrals are limited to personal friends, family members, acquaintances, and colleagues.
6. Completed Referrals and Limit
6.1. A Completed Referral is when a contact referred by you takes a specific action outlined in the referral program.

11. Amendments

14. No Correspondence, Disputes And Refunds
No correspondence regarding benefits will be entered into. Disputes are not accepted, and benefits are non-refundable.
15. Applicable Law
The law of Talent Management's residence applies, and its courts have jurisdiction over any claims arising from these terms.
